Tarot Meaning: Love, making a decision or choice in love, a new pathway is available or open. A big decision that may mean it comes down to "two" (choices, people, job opportunities). Essentially, it is the decision to leave a chapter behind and choose a new one, of course, with free will.

Religious Meanings: The card represents Adam and Eve, God’s first human creations. It shows the snake, the apples, which of course-shows the human flaw (choosing). It also shows a God watching over these two humans (between Heaven and earth). It is to remind us that with either path we choose, we are divinely guided. Even a “mistake” may have been intentionally planted by the Gods to teach us that there are always lessons to be learned, because we are not Gods-we are human.

Relationship to Daily Life: We always have choices to make-whether we reach out to someone we like or not. There are domino effects for deciding one or the other. Choose wisely because it can alter your course.
